Enamel Paint: Typically an air dried oil based paint.
Engraving: Marking into the surface of a material, usually, brass, aluminium, stainless steel, acrylic, Metalex® etc. Laser, rotary, chemical and sandblasting are common methods. see example
Etched Film / Etchmark®: See frosting.
Externally Illuminated Sign: A sign that is illuminated by a light source that is directed towards, and shines on the face of a sign, usually spotlights or floodlights. see example
Extrusion: The process of molding plastics, acrylics and aluminium into sheets, rods, or other shapes by forcing the it through a die, forming it into the desired shape
